Whatever your plans, try an hour of yoga to mark the
transition from week to weekend. Excessive

learn techniques to let it go!
The class will include some gentle yoga joint-freeing
exercises, which help release tension and improve circulation. Also postures, breathing and meditation to
stretch, strengthen and restore body and mind.
