Friday early evening yoga – release, relax, revitalise


Pop-up class open to all – 5-6pm, Friday 6th March, £6 at Fitness Connection Gym, High Street, Sandwich, CT13 9EB

Whatever your plans, try an hour of yoga to mark the transition from week to weekend.  Excessive stress is linked with many illnesses – you can learn techniques to let it go!

The class will include some gentle yoga joint-freeing exercises, which help release tension and improve circulation.  Also postures, breathing and meditation to stretch, strengthen and restore body and mind.
