Meditation may help slow progression of Alzheimer's disease (Research report Nov 2013)

There will be a free taster session of mindfulness meditation at 1pm (lasting 15 mins) on Thurs 21st May as part of the Dementia Awareness Day at The Centre (Age UK), 19-21 Cattle Market, Sandwich, CT13 9AP. Telephone 01304 614237 for more info on the whole day.
